Unlocking Success on the Volleyball Court

Title: "Unlocking Success on the Volleyball Court: The Impact of Mental Resilience"

Hello everyone ,today i want to share my experience in volleyball life. When I was nine years old, my teacher asked me to join the volleyball team. At that time, I didn't know what volleyball was or how to play it, so I refused the teacher. The teacher unrelentingly enlightened me to enter the team after some consideration I decided to hold the mentality of playing to deal with casually at that time I did not seriously learn. Not long after that, I represented my school in a competition when I was a kid. I sat back and watched the juniors deal with the communication and skills to pull this off. In the end, the game was won. From then on, I began to want to learn volleyball seriously. I found that I really like volleyball because I like to use strategies and communicate with my teammates on how to beat each other on the court. I am slow to learn things, have no talent, need to use more effort and have no confidence in myself, I need to spend more time to train, and it is difficult to give up in the process. At this time, I was caught by the teacher to enlighten.

                    (First time in the competition)

A year later, I had a big responsibility to represent the school. Why do I say it's a great responsibility? Because at that time I was selected as the captain by the teacher, I needed to take good care of my teammates and save the ball even if my teammates couldn't catch it. For me, I was very unconfident and under great pressure before I started the competition. I remember I said to the teacher, "We must lose". At this time, I scolded the teacher because I was not confident. However, I still insist on a great responsibility to finish this game. Unexpectedly, I got the second place, although not the first place, but I am also very happy. Later, during the award presentation, I told myself I had done it. On this day, I was really happy and unforgettable because I was selected to represent my own region to participate in other people's regions. After that, I trained more and more, but I was very happy because I had a professional coach to guide me. Although the process was hard, I never gave up. However, one day the nightmare came that my family asked me to give up the game because volleyball was too rough for girls. Because volleyball is a ball that occasionally needs to stumble and hit the ball, my family was very opposed to my continuing training and asked me to stop volleyball.

                      (Was elected captain)

                     (second place)

After a few months of training, I stood on the field again and got an unexpected result book champion. I took my medal home to share the joy with my family and tell them how much I love volleyball. When they finally saw what I had worked so hard for, they didn't object so much to me continuing. The same scene passed another year, I graduated from primary school and I was really happy to have the opportunity to learn a new sport in primary school. I am very lucky is usually like 3 minutes of heat I actually like volleyball for 3 years.

(Represent your region in the competition)

By secondary school, the number of times you know the ball is decreasing and you can say that you move the ball less than 10 times a year. Why did Hu become like this? The reason is because the coach requires me to go back to school every week for practice and the school is too far for me and my family is busy with work and can't drive me to practice. At that time, I was very disappointed and gave up this ball game so that I could only play with my teachers and friends in PE class. However, I met a great coach who decided to take me to the competition. At that time, I was one of the players who hadn't practiced for a long time and my coach didn't give up taking me to see and experience the outside game. In this way, I only participated in one competition in middle school and won the championship. But this time I found that my skills could not surpass others. At this time, I had low self-esteem and low self-confidence and made up my mind to give up studying hard to cope with the spm exam. Although my grades were not good, I spent a few years moving from liberal arts classes to science classes. Because of my sister's previous experience, she advised me not to continue studying science at this time, I had no goal, so I had to listen to her and switch to business classes. In this way, the years of middle school were very ordinary.

When I came to mmu, life was very boring, so I made up my mind to join volleyball club. And so the first time I joined the club, the volleyball players on campus noticed me and asked if I was interested in joining them. At that time, I hesitated for a long time and finally said yes to them and participated in them. I think I have no regrets about the life I wanted. Having the opportunity to practice every week, playing friendly match and other schools has really helped me improve. However, in this semester, I felt that I couldn't afford my studies and decided to quit the team after thinking for a long time, but I decided to stay in the team after the captain's words. Like this ball game unknowingly for 11 years. It was hard but I kept going.
